HISTORY
Born on November 11th, 2009 to the dying Christine Daae, fathered by the late Anarore King, Auron Oriax, and adopted by the lioness Rhea Hesperia, with her mate and Lord Harbinger Tsavo of Mystal Ridge. She and her siblings ( twin sister Vivienne and brothers Christian and Mercutio ) are soon joined by Rhea and Harbinger's own children, two daughters named Athena and Aphrodite.
Titania's childhood was rather uneventful, as she spent most of her days hiding in the caves of Mystal Ridge, avoiding direct sunlight. She did venture out every so often, and on one of her wanderings, she met a blind lion named Nephrite. Unknown to Titania, Nephrite had been mates with her mother, before she left him for Harbinger! Nephrite gave Titania the nickname 'fairy queen' after telling the cub about a fairy queen who shared her name. He also told her about the watering hole monster, and that it was sworn enemies to the fairy kingdom. Naturally, Titania sought to drive rid the kingdom of this beast! Together, they threw rocks into the water and roared, driving away the fictional beast!
On another adventure, she happened across a young cub named Konnor. She tried to scare the boy, telling him the watering hole monster was going to eat him. She agreed to keep the watering hole monster away from Konnor, if he promised to become her court jester – she was a fairy queen, after all! Nephrite overheard Titania, and suggested she call her new jester 'Puck', must to Konnor's disliking. The two children talk, and Konnor revealed that he was being held captive by a group of cannibal lions in Mirratt Hills – the infamous Dieudonne! Alarmed for his safety, Titania begged the boy to follow her home to Mystal, where he would be safe. But it turned out his mother was a captive also, and he refused to leave her to the cannibals. But he promised he wouldn't let the cannibals eat him, and she is reassured. Titania later gave Konnor his first kiss!
Her childhood ended abruptly, when she was kidnapped by Massacre. She was forced to grow up while in his possession, and lost much of her youth. He regularly beat the child, and emotionally abused her. But he disappeared one day, and the teenage Titania was able to escape. In her panicked state, she fled to the marshes and became bogged in its muck. A heroic Aspen came to her rescue, though she was frightened of him at first. After he had freed her, he kindly walked her back to the Ridge. The Ridge had gone through some changes in her absence .. her father had been promoted king, and her mother was made queen. Her siblings were now royalty, and they were to be married off. And as it turns out, Titania is to be married to Jackson, the prince of former king Vulcan Ven'Detta. Interestingly enough, she isn't upset or angered by this move. She was actually relieved by it, as it gave her a sense of stability.
But this feeling was soon crushed, when a feud broke out between the Tsavo and Ven'Detta families. Stardust, Consort of Mystal Ridge and foster mother to the Ven'Detta brothers ( Howl, Jackson, and Calcifer ) requested the presence of the royal children, curious to hear their opinions on the arranged marriage. Harbinger thought she was going to talk behind his back, and interrupted the meeting, criticizing the consort. Calcifer reacted violently, and hinted at the Mystal crown – and Titania became suspicious. He also criticized her mother Rhea, saying she was an undeserving queen. Titania tried to calm the families, but Calcifer spoke bitterly to her, and she fled to the Ancient Falls. Jackson followed her, and apologized for the fight – even though he hadn't done anything wrong. The two talked, and Titania found that she liked her future husband! ( She hadn't met him before the fight. )
She returned to Mystal only to hear her father had fell to his death, and that her mother had died of natural causes. She was especially upset because it was the second set of parents she had lost. The distraught princess blamed Calcifer for her father's death, remembering how he had hinted at the Mystal crown. Her sister Vivienne blamed the consort Stardust, and Titania developed a distrust for Stardust, too. Titania was demoted to Lady, but she didn't care – she was too upset over her parents. Before his death, Harbinger had decided to call off the arranged marriage so his children could choose who they like. Vivienne chose Howl, and was made Queen of Mystal. Titania became worried Jackson would no longer want her, but kept it secret. She soon became depressed, and spent many of her days alone.
The depression started to wan as the Lady sent more and more time with Jackson. He one day admitted his feelings for her, and her depression was abolished. He surprised her when he fled after having proclaimed his care for her – embarrassed, it would seem! Her happiness only grew with time, most of which was spent outside of Mystal Ridge. She explored the neutral territories, even venturing to the Specter's View, where her father had died. On her ventures, she met a lioness named Alexander, and they spoke briefly. Alexander was from Mirratt Hills, much to the Lady's dismay. She didn't like knowing Mirratt Hills was full of cannibals, but Alexander didn't seem to mind. Titania soon developed a fear for this Mirratt Hills, which only intensified when she found out the pride was now an enemy of her own pride, Mystal Ridge.
Calcifer had attacked and kidnapped Mirratt's princess Mercedes, having mistook Mercedes for the lioness who had attacked him and Titania's sister Vivienne as a child. Even though Calcifer healed the princess and released her, she felt it necessarily to tell her uncle Kova, the king of Mirratt Hills. Kova wasn't happy – naturally. He demanded that Howl repay him, but Calcifer interrupted and refused. An angry Kova then challenged for Mystal's Stardust ( and her children: the adopted Romani, Scarlett, Serpent, and Stardust's own son, Stormshadow ), and won. Howl declared Mirratt Hills an enemy, and ordered that all lionesses and cubs remain in Mystal's borders. Vivienne had gone missing, so Titania found this order hard to follow. Jackson caught her once, and made his Lady promise that she wouldn't go wandering off. But her concern for Vivienne grew too strong, and she left Mystal to go look for her sister.
